Current occupation: Youth project coordinator / Freelance trainer
Working experience:
• Youth worker and EVS project coordinator from 2007 till 2009 at Latvian NGO “RED – Creative Effect Workshop” (RED)
• EVS Volunteer from 2009 till 2010 in Balikesir, Turkey in NGO ”Gesoged”.
• Youth programmes facilitator, international project coordinator and manager, freelance trainer since 2010 in NGO “System and G” in Greece and since 2012 in NGO “Sistema un G Latvija” in Latvia.
My educational pathway:
For my development as a youth worker, project coordinator and manager and also trainer I have participated and since 2010 continuously facilitated and organised youth exchanges, youth initiatives, trainings and EVS projects over the past 6 years. Majority of those were about HR , social inclusion and peaceful conflict management, environment and healthy lifestyle and outdoor activities. Last but not least my studies as economist (2002-2008, University of Latvia, Master degree in economics and business management) helped my management skills in project management and NGO field and my studies as yoga instructor (2014-2015, Yoga Alliance of registered Yoga teachers) developed deeper skills towards individual development, environment and outdoor activities.
