System & G with EVS volunteers traditionally take part in the Komotini Cherry Festival, which will be held in early July. For us, this is a good opportunity to cooperate with the locals, help them and discover new recipes and tastes of the Rhodopes. ?
This is another style of the ethnofestival when compared with the Ukrainian experience.
We also want to add that the main managers of this event are lovely ladies who pick and pick cherries after a day off. After they make syrups, jams, liqueurs and sweets, of course, with cherries????
They will bring all these delicacies to the festival, and you will have the opportunity to taste real homemade sweets and drink coffee with a pleasant syrup.
