These were LGBT leadership education programs. The aim was to combine elements of soft skills (such as leadership, critical thinking, marketing, and creativity) with difficult skills (problem-solving, movement history) to educate a new generation of knowledgeable, knowledgeable and capable LGBT activists.
I am very grateful to the team of coaches, participants and especially organizes the training.
