LPictureove Learning how to Love the Learning Process. Being a participant, a volunteer, a youth worker and now a trainer I value the process of learning from different aspects. I started my journey at non formal education field as a participant with fewer opportunities. So my belief is that a good method includes not the majority but all the participants. From A to reach Z you need to pass 24 letters. The same as in every learning process there are steps. My job? To make them clear and joyfull for all!

My backround as a trainer:

Current occupation: Freelance trainer / Youth project coordinator
Working experience:

  • Volunteer on a local and national level from 2000 till 2006 at different organisations.
  • Youth worker from 2007 till 2010 in Greece and Turkey (EVS volunteer, EVS mentor, Youth Consultant)
  • Freelance trainer and youth programmes facilitator since 2010.

My educational pathway:
For my development as a trainer I have participated to more than 10 training for trainers the last 3 years. Mojority of those were about HR , social inclusion and peaceful conflict management On the top of them is the Training of Trainers for European Erasmus+ Youth in Action Projects 2014/2015 where I had the opportunity to develop new skills related to my work as a trainer. My EVS (Youth Caravan, Ankara – Turkey 2009-2010), is also a top non formal education experience for me. Although it was voluntary, it was my first proffesional work as a youth worker. Last but not least my studies as a journalist (2005-2010,University of Athens, Media and Communication department), helped my communication and management skills.
