“SYSTEM AND G” is a real EVS success story:
Was June 2010 when Two ex evs volunters after they finished their service, decided to create an iformal group in order to offer mobility and non formal education opportunities to Greek youth of Olympic Village. Inspired by EVS itself System and G put some fresh ideas in action, became popular and only 6 months later became an NGO.
Not Another organization for youth:
December 2010 System and G became an organization (NGO). Created by young people with fewer opportunities for young prople with fewer opportunities System and G is a learning to learn project itself! The organization’s activist core are ex EVS volunteers with great experience in Youth in Action and Erasmus Plus projects (international youth exchanges, seminars, training courses, youth workshops,
initiatives, Democracy and Stuctured dialogue projects, EVS) and in the field of NGOs.

Our aim is to educate young people giving priority to youngsters with fewer opportunities. We offer local, national and international quality projects giving youth the opportunity to acquire new international experience, knowledge and skills supporting them to develop a set of competences.
With System and G you discover other cultures and you discover yourself as a learner in a tailor’s made approach. We believe that every person is unique and so is each of our activities. Offering a big variety of different and diversed programmes we see us as youth workers trying to support you(th) personal development and expanding horizons.
Serious Fun Learning :
Before we became facilitators we were participants. What that means? That we know how to have fun and we know how to include fun at the learning process! Never stop seeking the best methods we have developed a learning approach based on non-formal education. Combining outdoor with digital tools, traditional and new methods we believe that learner “choose” the method and not the other way around.
You(th) can learn individually, interacting with society, with others, Online, outdoor and indoor, in groups, in couples. You(th) can learn beyond any imagination and always you can learn better Your Way!
Creativity, HR, culture, art, nature and environmental awareness, intercultural dialogue, joy, European awareness, research, democracy, active participation, tolerance, inclusion, information, informal education and voluntary – these are the key themes of System and G activities.

System and G belief is – the international experience, cultural interaction and exchange of experiences is one of the most important and most effective drivers for personal development, it significantly broadens the horizons of young people and opens up a wider view of their own, the state and the future.
To achieve our objectives, System and G organizes and participates in various national and international events in the presence of well motivated young people, thus contributing to the Greek mobility of young people to other cultures and getting to know a European consciousness. System and G is accredited organization for Sending Hosting and Coordinating EVS volunteers.

From Local to International:
System and G has its legal base in Olympic Village, where we first started as a non formal group
active in a local level, June 2010. December 2010 with the establishment of System and G as an organization we broaden our horizons and our operational field to a regional level and the City of Athens.
With the support of the Greek National Agency we made the youth initiative Youth On the MOVE (2011 and 2012). That was our key for moving to a national level! Due to Youth On the MOVE we created partnerships all around Greece (litterally) that allow System and G to be operational in an national level. Since then we have implemented projects in all the regions of Greece!
From 2013 till today our active location base is in Komotini where we are also hosting our EVS volunteers: https://europa.eu/youth/volunteering/organisation/936350216_en with EVS accreditation number: 2014-1-EL02-KA110-001896.
With the great support of Europe Direct office of Komotini we offer our non formal education services to the city youth. Since 2014 in cooperation with Directore of Secondary education of Rhodopi we Run the Human Rights workshop “Something is going on with Human Rights” in all the schools of the area.
Our latest developent in national level is the establish of System and G department at Crete, a project that is still in process. System and G is not only operational all around Greece but having stable presence in 3 different regions (Thrace – Attiki – Crete) is an active player for the Greek youth!
Having implemented projects in many different countries and being partners in more than 20 international projects per year, in European level we have developed a reliable network of more than 100 partners in more than 50 countries (EU countries, Programme countries and EU neighbouring countries).
Since 2012 we are in Latvia – NGO “Sistema un G Latvia” being also EVS sending and coordinating organisation with the accreditation number: 2015-1-LV02-KA110-000599
Since 2014 we are in Finland – Informal group of young people “System and G Finland”
Since 2015 we are in Sweden – NGO “System and G Sweden”
